Why Jubilee Became Ascend

For years, Jubilee Convention was the flagship gathering of Honeywell Worship Center, celebrating our annual victories, spiritual milestones, and fundraising achievements. It was a moment to look back with gratitude and honor the progress of the ministry. But as the church transitioned into a new era as Influential Church, our vision also expanded. With that expansion came the need for a summit that not only reflects where we've been — but where we're going. Ascend Conference represents that shift. It moves us from commemoration to commissioning — from celebrating history to activating destiny. While Jubilee celebrated the past, Ascend equips us for the future: a generation rising in purpose, influence, and leadership across every sphere of life. This isn’t a replacement. It’s a realignment — of name, of vision, and of mission.
